Abusive, inappropriate, disrespectful, and offensive behavior by Pizza Pizza employees at Restaurant number #174, Stoney Creek, ON. We, Dr. Sanjeev Bajaj and Dr. Raza, ordered a medium veggie pizza. When we received the pizza, it was burnt. We complained to the employees and asked for the manager. A guy named Jushan, along with his colleague Arun, used swear language in Punjabi, which I understood. I asked him, 'How dare you use swear words?' and they became offensive. We are very badly hurt and insulted. We want to discuss this insulting and offensive behavior of your employees so that appropriate action can be taken against these goon-like employees.

Ordered a donair extra large pizza wanted two times the meat and hardly got any .mostly sauce and the way the pizza looked was horrible I never seen a pizza look so horrible I will never order from this place again

Its second time I received overcooked pizza base.its totally waste of money.i also complaint last time. This time same thing happened again.try to provide good food to customers.

I've spent a time (and a lot of money) in Pizza Pizza, and I live 3 minutes walk from a Pizza Pizza, the one at 340 Front Street. I've never felt less welcome in my life at this place.

I ask for my favourite pizza, they say they ran out, then threaten to ban me from the store for asking if they'll be making some soon. Remember across the street from this store is a Pizza Nova who always have what I want, and next door is a burrito place, I mention this as I've ended up at both those places because of your staff, spending the money I would have spent at Pizza Pizza if they weren't so angry and aggressive . OK I get it, their job would be great if it wasn't for us customers. but unfortunately the customers show up to have what they like and not being threatened for mentioning our disappointment fo them not having it.

Please sort this place out, they're going to ruin your reputation, and they're so bad...I'm also going to send this complaint everywhere to see if other people have suffered from this store's anti-customer attitude.

It was even insinuated that if I complained they'd gang up on me and blame me as the instigator, although to be fair, I probably instigated it by asking for my favourite pizza, which they never have.

I've never been so disappointed with a pizza in my life!!!

It was so disgusting! The ingredients were stale, and I even got sick the next day sitting on the toilet.

I emailed and complained to Customer Service, and they offered me a $10 credit/gift card for my next purchase!

No thanks. I basically paid $25 for a garbage pizza. I'm never buying from them again. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store and have a better meal.

One was ordered in Moncton, New Brunswick, and was so fresh & delicious (restaurant quality), and then there's the disgusting, stale one I got at Markham Rd.

& Lawrence in Scarborough. They need some serious pointers/lessons, or they will lose a lot more customers.

We ordered two keto pizzas from them for delivery, and they charged us $51.17 for them. My wife paid for them over the phone and received a confirmation message stating that the payment went through.

The driver delivered the two small boxes. These pizzas were personal size pizzas, smaller than small. The crust was supposed to be made from mozzarella cheese, but it was green and we have no clue what was used for the crust. It was absolutely disgusting.

We paid over $50 for this. The next issue was that the driver informed us that it wasn't paid for and that the bill for the pizzas was still outstanding. I told the driver, who was very nice, by the way, and tried to help, that I wasn't paying over $100 for these two tiny pizzas. He called someone and my wife contacted head office.

They told my wife that it didn't go through and that we still needed to pay. They assured us that if we were double charged, we would get refunded. I called my credit card company right away, and guess what? We were charged twice.

We called them back and they said they would refund us and that it would take 6-10 business days. Almost two weeks later now and still no refund.

Do yourself a favor, don't ever order a keto pizza from these guys. Secondly, if you order from them over the phone and it says that the payment went through, DON'T PAY THE DRIVER TOO!

I just wanted to use my coupon and store didnt have a machine to claim my coupon. I cancelled the order and re-ordered online and paid online.

Staff helped me out to provide customer care number. Was happy with the service.

I was about to take a Bite of a slice of pizza and I noticed a dead fly buried in my cheese. I had to vomit thinking that I may have possibly eaten Another fly.

This pizza was groosly undercooked,ended up in food waste container.

Pizza Pizza is a lying, thieving, corrupt company trying to say they delivered it directly to me, and that's *** They tried offering me a $10 credit on a $50 order.

My cheese pizza order just got had a no way of cheese I ordered. Only little cheese no cheese in cheese pizza hows its possible

At 6:56pm I ordered online for 8pm pick up. I get at the restaurant at 7:57pm they said is not ready.

I proceed to wait. 5 minutes after they confirm the order with me, and they said they never received that order. I leave the restaurant so upset and they call me at 8:15pm asking me to return at the restaurant and they gonna make it for me and it will be ready in 5 minutes. I called to 967-**-** at 8:20pm and they said it was ready to pick up.

Then everyone at the restaurant are liars because the order wasn't ready.

By phone, they only said sorry like 20 times, but never offer at least a discount for the inconvenience. Nothing.

Last time that I buy at pizza pizza. I know is not a big deal, but at least the people now you can't trust.

Now I have to go at home, tired, hungry and upset to start to cook and eat in around 1 hour just because your employees don't care.

I ordered pizza from pizza pizza in December 2023 at around 8:30 pm or so. It was an x-large pizza with toppings such as spicy Italian sausage, spinach, bacon crumble, and ground beef.

I eat 3 slices of that pizza luckily because a few hour after I had went to bed around 2am and I woke up to stomach pains as well as an irritated throat.

I could not sleep so I went to the bathroom where I spent like about 2 hours doing number two. I also vomited .Itwasthepizzaiate

I ordered pizza twice from pizza pizza tecumseh location last year.The first time I got the crave combo November, 2023, when the pizza was delivered I did not receive the crave subscription so I called customer service and they took my mailing address and said that they would mail it to me. To this day I have not receive my crave subscription my mail.
