Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After sending an email to their feedback email located on their corporate website, I finally got a response and the refund I was entitled to receive.

Don’t give up as I almost did. If you are entitled to a refund or some kind of support, send an email.
I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their 40 minutes or its free policy, I have not received a full refund.
The quality of the pizza was also unacceptableit arrived cold and was inedible.
Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory.
I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery. To date, no refund has been issued, and Pizza Pizza is not honouring its own delivery guarantee.
I will not be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.

Abusive, inappropriate, disrespectful, and offensive behavior by Pizza Pizza employees at Restaurant number #174, Stoney Creek, ON. We, Dr. Sanjeev Bajaj and Dr. Raza, ordered a medium veggie pizza. When we received the pizza, it was burnt. We complained to the employees and asked for the manager. A guy named Jushan, along with his colleague Arun, used swear language in Punjabi, which I understood. I asked him, 'How dare you use swear words?' and they became offensive. We are very badly hurt and insulted. We want to discuss this insulting and offensive behavior of your employees so that appropriate action can be taken against these goon-like employees.

I've spent a time (and a lot of money) in Pizza Pizza, and I live 3 minutes walk from a Pizza Pizza, the one at 340 Front Street. I've never felt less welcome in my life at this place.
I ask for my favourite pizza, they say they ran out, then threaten to ban me from the store for asking if they'll be making some soon. Remember across the street from this store is a Pizza Nova who always have what I want, and next door is a burrito place, I mention this as I've ended up at both those places because of your staff, spending the money I would have spent at Pizza Pizza if they weren't so angry and aggressive . OK I get it, their job would be great if it wasn't for us customers. but unfortunately the customers show up to have what they like and not being threatened for mentioning our disappointment fo them not having it.
Please sort this place out, they're going to ruin your reputation, and they're so bad...I'm also going to send this complaint everywhere to see if other people have suffered from this store's anti-customer attitude.
It was even insinuated that if I complained they'd gang up on me and blame me as the instigator, although to be fair, I probably instigated it by asking for my favourite pizza, which they never have.

It was so disgusting! The ingredients were stale, and I even got sick the next day sitting on the toilet.
I emailed and complained to Customer Service, and they offered me a $10 credit/gift card for my next purchase!
No thanks. I basically paid $25 for a garbage pizza. I'm never buying from them again. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store and have a better meal.
I've included two pics of the same Mediterranean Veggie Pizza.
One was ordered in Moncton, New Brunswick, and was so fresh & delicious (restaurant quality), and then there's the disgusting, stale one I got at Markham Rd.
& Lawrence in Scarborough. They need some serious pointers/lessons, or they will lose a lot more customers.

Waiting for my refund
We ordered two keto pizzas from them for delivery, and they charged us $51.17 for them. My wife paid for them over the phone and received a confirmation message stating that the payment went through.
The driver delivered the two small boxes. These pizzas were personal size pizzas, smaller than small. The crust was supposed to be made from mozzarella cheese, but it was green and we have no clue what was used for the crust. It was absolutely disgusting.
We paid over $50 for this. The next issue was that the driver informed us that it wasn't paid for and that the bill for the pizzas was still outstanding. I told the driver, who was very nice, by the way, and tried to help, that I wasn't paying over $100 for these two tiny pizzas. He called someone and my wife contacted head office.
They told my wife that it didn't go through and that we still needed to pay. They assured us that if we were double charged, we would get refunded. I called my credit card company right away, and guess what? We were charged twice.
We called them back and they said they would refund us and that it would take 6-10 business days. Almost two weeks later now and still no refund.
Do yourself a favor, don't ever order a keto pizza from these guys. Secondly, if you order from them over the phone and it says that the payment went through, DON'T PAY THE DRIVER TOO!

I was about to take a Bite of a slice of pizza and I noticed a dead fly buried in my cheese. I had to vomit thinking that I may have possibly eaten Another fly.
